Marlins Families,
We have two volunteer positions that we need help with on
our Fundraising Team. There is no experience necessary for
either one.
First is the Meet Program Administration. Gail Huff will
be leading the efforts again on the design, layout and printing of
the program. We need someone with good organizational skills
to help with coordinating the ads that are submitted from Marlins
families. Most of the work is done in Sept., Oct. and Nov.
Next is Swim-A-Thon, our annual fundraising activity where
athletes swim laps and get donations which they can apply to their
fundraising requirements. It's a fun day for everyone
involved. This year it takes place on Saturday, Nov.
6th. The coordinator helps with all aspects of the event
including tracking donations, prizes and the event itself.
